Return Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery only in limited circumstances.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

 


 

Returns We Do Not Accept

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

We strongly recommend reviewing size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

 


 

When Refunds or Replacements Are Issued

Refunds or replacements are only issued in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The package is missing or confirmed lost

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received the wrong size due to our error

 


 

Wrong Product or Wrong Size Sent

If we sent the wrong product or wrong size, you will be offered one of the following options:

  • A refund, or

  • A replacement product

In all cases, the original item must be returned to us before a refund is processed or a replacement is sent.

 


 

Lost Packages

If the courier confirms that your package was lost in transit, 99CLOVER will replace the product at no additional cost, subject to availability.

If the item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or store credit.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.
All return shipments must use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds or replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on payment provider and location.

 


 

Final Notes

  • Items returned without approval may be rejected

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise stated

Store credit, where applicable, has no cash value and is non-transferable
