Delivery timelines are estimates only. 99CLOVER is not responsible for courier delays caused by customs processing, weather, or operational disruptions.

Lost Package Replacement

If the shipping courier officially confirms that a package is lost in transit, 99CLOVER will replace the product at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

If the original item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or store credit at our discretion.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package was not received, the customer must follow the steps outlined in the Shipping Policy, including courier investigation. Replacement is subject to courier confirmation.

 

 

Section 8 — Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

  • No refunds or exchanges are provided for:

    • Wrong size ordered by the customer

    • Change of mind

Refunds or replacements are only issued if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The package is missing or confirmed lost

  • The wrong product or wrong size was sent due to our error

Returned items must be received before refunds or replacements are processed.
