About 99CLOVER

Where is 99Clover based?
We are proudly based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We work directly with local manufacturers and oversee every detail of production before shipping globally.

How long has 99CLOVER been running for?
99Clover was founded in 2020. For the past 6 years, we have been designing, manufacturing, and shipping streetwear globally from our HQ in Jakarta. We have successfully delivered thousands of orders to customers all over the world. You can scroll to the bottom of our Instagram @99clover and see the growth and development over the years.


Do you have a physical store?
Currently, 99Clover is exclusively available online at 99clover.com. While we don't have a permanent brick-and-mortar shop yet, we occasionally host pop-up events. Follow us on Instagram @99clover to see where we might pop up next.

Who designs the collections?
Every piece is designed in-house. All graphics since 2020 have been designed by Hugo Zbor (@hugozbor), our Creative Director.

How can I get featured on the 99Clover page?
We love seeing how you style our pieces. Post a photo on Instagram and tag @99clover or use the hashtag #99Clover. If we like your fit, we might repost you to our feed or story

Products & Releases

Are your collections pre-order or ready to ship?
All items listed on our website are pre-made and currently in stock.
We do not operate on a pre-order model. This means you don't have to wait weeks for production, once you place an order, it is packed and shipped from our warehouse in Indonesia within 1–2 business days.

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a specific size chart. We recommend comparing the measurements to a garment you already own that fits well. Since many of our pieces feature a oversized fit, please read the description carefully to see if you should size down for a standard fit.

How should I wash my items?
To maintain the quality of the fabric and prints, we recommend washing your items inside out with cold water. Hang dry only. do not tumble dry, as heat can damage the design and cause shrinkage.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Due to our wide range of products, we restock items in cycles. If a collection sells out, we typically release other designs before circling back to restock that specific item. We recommend signing up for our newsletter or following us on Instagram @99CLOVER to stay updated on future releases.

I added an item to my cart, but now it says sold out?
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. All 99Clover products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. An item is only secured once payment is completed at checkout.

Refunds & Returns

What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order being delivered. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

How do I initiate a return?
Please visit our CONTACT page and follow the instructions on Refund, Returns and Exchanges .

Do you cover the cost of return shipping?
Yes, we cover the cost of return shipping but it MUST be a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Can I return sale items?
No, all sale items or items purchased during a promotional period are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping and Tracking

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

For International orders, we use DHL Express. Packages typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

For Indonesian orders, Packages typically arrive within 1-3 businnes days.

How do I track my order?
We will give you a tracking number which you can use to check on the selected shipping courier's website.

I think my order's delivery is delayed

Once your order is dispatched, please contact DHL Express directly using your provided tracking number for any updates, delays, or transit issues.

Will I be charged customs or duties?
For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. 99CLOVER is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific amounts before placing an order.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is it lost?
This is common with international shipments while the package is being processed by customs or transferred between couriers. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.

Please note: We will try our best to help, however, we are not responsible for lost packages after it has been handed to the shipping courier.

I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Please contact us immediately with the subject line "URGENT: Address Change."

Please Note: If you have already received a tracking number, the package has left our hands and we cannot make changes. You must contact the selected shipping company.

Can I combine two separate orders to save on shipping?
Unfortunately, our fulfillment system is automated to process orders as they come in. Because of this, we cannot combine separate orders into one shipment. They will be shipped individually with their own tracking numbers.

My package was "Returned to Sender." What happens now?
If a package is returned to our warehouse in Indonesia due to an incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs fees, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

  • We can reship the item to you (shipping fees apply).
  • Or, we can issue store credit for the item value (minus the original shipping cost).

My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it.
Please allow 2–3 business days after the "Delivered" scan, as couriers sometimes mark packages early. We also recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or your building's front desk.
  2. Contacting your local post office immediately with your tracking number.
    Note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, 99CLOVER is not responsible for theft or loss, but we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim.

Website Functionality

I can't log in to my account.
Please ensure you are using the correct email address. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset it. If issues persist, contact our support team at SUPPORT@99CLOVER.COM

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email.

If you haven't received an email within 1 hour, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
If it is not there, you may have entered your email address incorrectly.
Please email SUPPORT@99CLOVER.COM with your full name and shipping address so we can locate your order and update your contact info.

Why was my order cancelled?
To protect our customers, our system uses fraud detection software. Your order may be cancelled if:

  • The billing address does not match the address on file with your bank.
  • The order was placed using a VPN or Proxy.
  • There were multiple orders placed in a short time frame.

If you believe your order was cancelled in error, please contact us at SUPPORT@99CLOVER.COM with your order number and we will investigate.
