Do you ship internationally?

Yes. 99CLOVER ships worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 


 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 


 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues.

  • International Orders:
    Shipped via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Indonesian Orders:
    Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch.

 


 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the selected courier’s website.

 


 

Delayed Deliveries

After dispatch, delivery is handled entirely by the courier. If your shipment is delayed, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number for real-time updates.

 


 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local authorities.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility. 99CLOVER is not responsible for customs delays or fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

 


 

Tracking Has Not Updated

It is common for tracking updates to pause during customs clearance or courier handovers.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us and we will assist with an investigation.

 


 

Lost Packages (Replacement Policy)

If the shipping courier officially confirms that a package is lost in transit, 99CLOVER will replace the product at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

If the original item is no longer available, we may offer:

  • A comparable replacement, or

  • Store credit, at our discretion.

 


 

“Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:

  1. Please allow 2–3 business days, as couriers may mark packages as delivered early

  2. Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office

  3. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number

Replacement or other remedies are subject to courier investigation and confirmation.

 


 

Incorrect Address

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your address. Please contact us immediately with the subject line:

“URGENT: Address Change”

If a tracking number has already been issued, the order has left our warehouse and address changes are no longer possible. You must contact the courier directly.

 


 

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unpaid customs or duties

The customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

You may choose to:

  • Have the item re-shipped (shipping fees apply), or

  • Receive store credit for the item value (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
