Missing or Damaged Items

If an item is missing from your package or arrives damaged, we will issue a Full Refund or send a replacement immediately.

• Eligibility: You must provide video proof (starting with the package sealed) to prove the item was missing or damaged upon arrival.
• Process: Email us with your order number and video proof.

Please Note: Our team takes detailed photos of the contents of every package before shipping. We will verify your claim by cross-referencing your unboxing video with our internal pre-shipment records.

Returns for Refund

Refunds are processed only after we have received and inspected your return package. We do not issue refunds while the item is still in transit back to us.

• Eligibility: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Process: Please to email us request a return. Once we receive your return, allow 2–3 business days for inspection. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Pre-Shipment Changes:
If you need to change a size before your order gets a tracking number, please email us to cancel the order. You can then place a new order for the correct size.

Post-Shipment Exchanges:
If your order has shipped, it must be treated as a standard return. You will need to ship the item back to us. Upon receipt and inspection, we will send out the exchange size (subject to stock availability).
